JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Works on a variety of energy efficiency program impact, process and market research evaluation studies.
- An advanced degree in engineering or research related field of study (engineering, statistical analysis, evaluation research, social science research, scientific research, hypothesis testing research, etc.).
- Skilled in evaluation, scientific or statistical analysis techniques.
- Understanding of experimental and quasi-experimental designs and analysis approaches.
- 3-5 years of work experience managing or evaluating utility energy programs.
- An understanding of building systems (particularly HVAC).
- Energy audit experience is desirable.
- Experience conducting site surveys.
- Performing measures analyses.
- Experience preparing comprehensive reports detailing analytical findings.
- Commitment to providing a premium-quality, cost-effective work product to our current and future clients.
- Proven ability to work closely with customers, vendors, and utility program administrators as cost-effective projects are implemented.
- Building systems design, construction administration, and project management skills are a plus.
- Excellent writing, communication, and computer skills are mandatory.
- P.E. and C.E.M. (or on track to receive) is desirable
